PAWTIMER PRIVACY POLICY

This policy describes, in plain language, what Pawtimer actually collects
and does with it.


WHAT WE COLLECT

When you create an account: your email address, first and last name, and
(optionally) a phone number and profile photo.

When you use the app: the pet profiles, training goals, event types,
sessions, and notes you create, plus any photos you attach to a pet
profile.

We don't collect location data, contacts, or any device data beyond what's
needed to run the app (e.g. push notification tokens for session
reminders, if you enable them).


HOW WE USE IT

Solely to provide the app's functionality: storing and syncing your data
across your devices, and sharing a pet profile with people you explicitly
invite. We don't use your data for advertising, and we don't sell it to
anyone.


WHO WE SHARE IT WITH

Nobody, except:

  - People you explicitly invite to a shared pet profile. They see only
    what you grant them access to for that profile.

  - Supabase, our backend infrastructure provider, which stores and
    processes this data on our behalf under its own security and privacy
    commitments.


HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

For as long as your account exists. You can delete your account at any
time from within the app (Account -> Delete account), which permanently
removes your account and everything you own. You can also request deletion
without installing the app, at:

Data shared with you by others is unaffected by your own deletion, and
vice versa.


YOUR RIGHTS

You can view and edit your profile information at any time in the app. You
can delete your account and all associated data at any time in the app. If
you'd like help with anything not covered by those in-app tools, contact
us at the address below.


SECURITY

Data is encrypted in transit, and access to your data is enforced at the
database level so that only you (and anyone you've explicitly shared a
profile with) can read or modify it.


CHILDREN

Pawtimer is not directed at children and is not knowingly used to collect
data from anyone under 13.


CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the date above.
